Shipping policy
Shipping / Handling: Please make sure everything is in satisfactory condition upon delivery. We are not responsible afterwards. If claim is needed to be made, please save all original packing materials such as box, box filler, labeling, tape or claim may not get fulfilled upon request. After claim is made and the motions are completed entirely, only exchange of same part that was originally damaged is acceptable. Buyer shall pay shipping fees if product needs to be sent back to factory for repairing, and Buyer shall also pay all shipping costs on all products returned for any reason to Liquid Crew. Not all shipping rates are readily available for boat or air to other countries. We can get S/H estimates only if requested and provided you email us your full name, address, and appropriate postal code(s).
Refund Policy Exclusion — Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Refunds will not be issued in cases where the buyer refuses to pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges assessed upon delivery.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
If a shipment is returned or abandoned due to the buyer’s refusal to pay such fees, the seller reserves the right to:

Deduct all related costs (including return shipping, handling, and any carrier fees) from any potential refund; or

Deny a refund entirely, if the goods are not returned in resalable condition or are destroyed/disposed of by customs.
